Frequently Asked Questions
Navigating the world of commercial financing can be complex. Here are answers to some common questions we receive about how to get funding for your business.

Answers to Your Questions
What makes you different from a bank?
As non-bank financing brokers, we have access to a wider network of lending partners. This allows us to offer more flexible solutions to approve clients who may not qualify for a traditional bank loan. We focus on a partnership approach, acting as your consultant to find the best possible funding solution for your specific needs.
What types of financing do you offer?
We specialize in three main areas. Our primary focus is on Business Lines of Credit for established companies. We also provide a robust suite of Commercial Real Estate loans for investors, including fix & flip, bridge, and construction financing. Lastly, we offer Equipment Leasing & Financing for various industries.
What are the basic requirements for a business line of credit?
To qualify, your company must be a brick-and-mortar business that has been open for at least three months. You'll also need to show minimum annual sales of $200,000, and the guarantor must have at least a 575 Equifax credit score.
What is the minimum loan amount for real estate?
For commercial real estate acquisition and financing, our minimum loan amount is $75,000. We can fund projects up to $5 million and beyond, depending on the specifics of the deal and the investor.
Do you work with businesses outside of Michigan?
Yes! While we are based in Michigan, we are a broker with partners who lend nation-wide. We proudly provide capital to businesses and real estate investors in all 50 states.
How do I start the process to get funding for your business?
The first step is to contact us for a consultation. We will discuss your capital needs, learn more about your business or investment goals, and determine which of our programs is the best fit. From there, we will guide you through the application process with the appropriate lending partner.
